| Bonsoir,
J'ai un souci, j'ai du reinstaller windows et je me retrouve confronté à l'impossibilité de réactiver ma licence rfactor. Dans la mesure ou mon achat en antérieur à 2012, j'ai redemandé une clé. via cette page:
http://rfactor.net/rfactor1/forgot_product_key.php

| Damn....that was stupid of me......Was it Richard, that had to restart rfactor between races, bacause his wheel wasn't working? I dont know what came first, him annnouncing that or me noticing/imagining mine wasn't to.....Switched realfeal off then back on while going to grid, and seemed to be no change so thought I needed to restart rfactor too. Obviously Richard relevant rFactor instal is tidier than mine, because I couldn;t get back in. I know I shouldnt have risked it without getting the ok from some-one...was worth the risk staying and for all I know wheel was fine!!??
It is a constant learning curve racing GT how different cars have different strengths and weaknesses. Knowing them by trying them out is one thing, but in the hands of others.....something else indeed.....
Appologies again to Jason. I figured, some-one someway ahead (ie faster driver) would be well gone by the time I got there.....Alas, no, and I was too fast in (I had to check replay to realise that-15mph/25kmh too fast) and then assumed it was someone struggling with the car a lap down. I would like to think, if I knew it was for position I would have waited
Dissappointed to have not made Race 2 as I was planning on showing more restraint finding myself at the back on the grid.......had I made it.

| Uggh Vladko when you came over and hit me I hit Gerard and then he hit a tree (and it ended his race). Racing incident I am sure but you had room! Damn that sucked. Gerard and I had similar paces. Was fun watching you at the end though Vladko. Win or die method almost got you at the end. Nice driving by the leaders. God that track is scary. Time to dust off the SCCA Sedan A land barge after a much needed break. | |

| Man, what an event. Lots of ups and downs but great fun No worries Mick; the Pantera requires longer braking distances, and so do I usually Race 1 --> I qualified 5th and I was concerned that I'd be out of my depth in that company. Early on I was 4th after a battle with Gerard, but then I made a stupid mistake at the next-to-last corner and looped the car, dropping to 10th. The rest of the race saw hair-raising moments, some my doing, some by others, but I managed to limp home 12th overall after multiple contacts. Race 2 --> Starting 12th I was in more familiar territory. About a third of the way through I was the benefactor of a massive corkscrew shunt involving Ben and at least two others I think... Ran 6th briefly until Richard caught me. Then he had to pit, and we ended up together again. Tried to hold him off in one turn, but got a bit crossed up, which led to slight contact and a spin for me, but we both continued on no problem Cruised home 8th overall after it became clear I wasn't going to catch Austin. Now to chill before the SCCA race! Thank you HSO!!! | |

| Aaaah... Laguna Seca, aka the Widow Maker. I thought it would be a carnage, but fair play to most drivers who made it an enjoyable experience, despite my tragic lack of speed tonight. For some reason I was completely off pace tonight (I except to be 1 full second slower than Stéphane, not two ), but I managed to lap consistently and have some fun battles in both races. I even scored half a point in the 2nd race Was really fun battling out with Vincent, he was definitely faster all race long but he patiently waited for me to do a small mistake under pressure and pffew, he was gone On the downpart, I'm not impressed with Vladko and Mateusz's driving Both were really WAY too aggressive, spoiling a bit of the fun really. Guys, you need to get your shit sorted, maybe it is OK to do so elsewhere, but this is not how we drive in this league Grats to Tiago, Greg, and Stephane for his amazing speed Next time I should be back with my speedy teammate

| Well... that was certainly an interesting nights racing.
1st race was tough. Bounced of the wall on the run up to the corkscrew and needed to pit for repairs, then blew the engine with 10 to go.
2nd race was much better, didn't change anything but the car felt much better to drive and I really enjoyed driving it. Managed to make the whole race without stopping for fuel as a nice bonus. good fun even if I wasn't that fast

| Antoine, if you writed about just first race i must agree with you, i had a few problems: 1 - very big ping - about 150 -200 (just in first race and i don't know why), 2 it was my first race since a few months, so i was a little nervous and scared (you know guys sure how it is when come back after a long time...these emotions...like first time), but in second race i had normal ping like in qualifications and trainings and i think that my driving was good and quiet. | |

Well I defintely don't think so, you pushed me several times for position, while I was trying to make as much room as possible for all cars... I'll have a look at the replay to check it out, and you should too.

| In second race i made two mistakes, but first time was not in fight, simply bad braked and locked the wheel, next lightly hit Jason, second time after crash with Frank which i could not avoid, had overheated tires by braked before hit to Frank, too fast i wanted fight with you, too fast i approached to you and overheated tires quickly gave of himself to remind.
Rest was normal fight like real touring car championship.

Try not to worry so much. I guess nobody not sees in the incidents of any bad intention! With the excitement in the new company it is quite difficult to cope. But I am sure when you conquer it, will be one of the most worthy rivals! I wish you good luck in future races!

| That was overall a good race for me in a track I really like Drove flawlessly and with patience, not doing any errors and with a good rythm except for one incident ... At the start my group was driving with selfcontrol as per admin's request, but there were some of the slower class in a hurry, so until things settled and we opened some space it was a bit hectic. Then I pressed Carl until he made a small mistake and so I went by, catching up with Gerard but not being able to get close without taking too many risks, something I didn't want. Either he took them or he got distracted, but he went off some time later and I also went by to 4th already and looking good. Again some laps later I passed Richard, who was smoking a cigarrette on his corkscrew camping and kept digging on a solid 3rd. Some time later however, Richard had finished his cigarrette and was catching up, 4 seconds behind me and 8 laps to go Then I caught Mike's Escort at the last turn and was losing time behind. Had planned to wait till the brake area after the fast left hander/hill but saw him moving right and apparently lifting. In normal conditions I would have waited and stuck to my plan, but I was in a hurry and knew he must have had blue flags waving so I shot by and clipped the kerb doing the most amazing stunt of my life : A barrell roll two meters above the track that ended perfectly again on my 4 wheels and with the car almost undamaged Still shocked I tried to pick my balls from the floor and hammered it down again, but by then Richard was on my tail and went through in the last turn before the hillclimb thanks to his momentum. I got my act together and still a bit shaken drove to the finish line in 4th place, not yet believing the amazing outcome of the stunt. Looking forward to watching the replay Pity that race 2 ended too late for me, I really like Laguna A big thanks to everyone I lapped, you all made it easy - and it certainly wasn't in this track! - Quote :

Dude, the two times I had some freeze/ping problems I asked the admin permission to start at the back despite having qualified way up (Last time at the Road Atlanta Open when I was 2nd in my class in qualy), and I drove from there. Everyone likes to win or get a good finishing position, but first rule here is to be sure you don't ruin anybody's evening. It's called respect, and we are quite proud of how this league works in that regard.
