| QualifyingFinally, I managed to place 5th on grid. I could do it a little better, but was happy with it. Sry for Antoine, I didnt really see your car (mirrors) Race 1After a bad start, it was all very close. I was surprised about the agressive driving with these touring cars, but next time I´ll do it better. In the end, I hit the spinning car of Tiago, and broke my right front suspension. So i was only able to stay on 7th. Not bad, not good Race 2Bad start again, but nothing was lost until turn 1. Unfortunately I was hit on rear by Yannik Lampure, so I was on the left edge of turn 1, and couldnt turn in, because Thomas Carzola was running across the track. Quite disappointing, but no problem. I had to use the gravel, and got a stop and go penalty (Dont really know why), so I had to pit 3 laps later. The 10 second stop wouldnt be bad, but my team wanted to repair the car, and add +30 Litre fuel, so I stopped for 60 seconds and had 70L fuel. **** game. Managed 19th in the end, after pushing hard. Made some high 1.51 with this amount of fuel, and as i look at the times of the front, I could score 3rd to 5th without these problems | |

| Race 1 I almost spun off the line and hit Adam, sorry about that . Later in the race I spun at the hairpin trying to pass I forgot who and went back down to 12th. Good fun coming back up to 6th . Race 2, good start this time and great fun with Antoine who I had passed after he sled out of the hairpin. But in the downhill right hander leading to the backstraight he braked sooner than I expected. I was on the inside and thought there was gonna be a contact, but I had a few of those in the first race and it was ok. Maybe here the speed differential was bigger and/or the angle not good and he rolled away into retirement . Sorry again sweetheart . That fight was for 3rd place, and after that I managed to keep it, although I had a moment in the last laps and eventually Jukka and Roger finished on my toes. Adam was right in there too but he vanished in the last lap Anyways my cup goes to Antoine... | |

| In race 1 Philippe in his Zakspeed BMW wasn't quite so fast off the line as I expected so I hit him in the left rear, before shooting between and around a few cars going into first corner. Later on in the race I caught Yannick and tried to get around him numerous times before finally succeeding a lap or two before the checkered flag. After such a poor qualifying finishing 9th was a lot more than I dared to expect. I crossed the line with less than two litres of fuel so decided to put a few more in for race 2 just to feel a bit more comfortable. In race 2 I got another good start and was up to sixth or something by T1. I expected a bunch of guys to overtake me but to my surprise I was able to match the pace of the others up there. During the race Adam hit me twice in the rear going into the chicane but was gentleman enough to back off and not take advantage of it. Must've been my driving, I had to be quite careful on the braking as the car had a tendency to wander to every direction imaginable. My tire temps were well over 100, might have affected the handling some. Shortly before the finish I caught Frank but he was more eager to finish 3rd than I was so I let him have it | |
