Intel Core 2 Quad 8400, 4GB RAM, GF GTS 250.
Perhaps i would need only better graphic card (GTX 500-700 or so) and some additional RAM to make Automobilista to work without troubles. Now on some track i have a problem with freezing of the screen when FPS drops under 60 with vsync settings to ON.
