I guess you mean a setup basis :hum:

I'd go for Brands Hatch :raclure:

Thanks antoine.
I'll give it a try.
I was pretty satisfied with my brands hatch setup.

I gave it a try.

I will race with my setup of Jarama ! Decided
Is it real that we will race with this short version of donington ?
I mean, I am in low 58" after 5 laps, and I don't really know the track. Also, the quickest should be in about 55" per lap with the agile Mazdas. For the big prototypes, the track looks like a karting track !

It is by far the smallest track I have ever seen with GTP. There will be cars everywhere lol!
Almost impossible to pass someone.

It should be a nice race, but the track is all but not real in comparison for example with the one I know from Netkar pro

Hmm,..sounds Just Like Donnington !!!,..ROFL

Actually it Isn't such a Bad Example of the Track,..One has to Remember That Track Was Made Quite some Years ago Now and does a Reasonable Job of representing How it was in that Era.

It has had Substantial changes made to it over the Years to comply with the Various Sporting Bodies requirements.

Caution, Courtesy and Patience Might be The Mode for the Day !! Smile

It was not to critic the track.
I personally like a lot Donington cheers

It would have been better to have the long version if available.

A laptime of about 56" per lap is very short.

Otherwise, Good luck all lol!

Why are the last 2 races so close to each other? It will be like 3 races in a span of 3 weeks if we include the VT race. With differnt tracks and cars could get confusing.

No idea, I made my schedule before VTE, and I had to deal with the HSO's server availability, and as you see we've got 6-7 series running on the same server...

To connect, use the boss pass, wollek/boss, and you can launch the session by yourself Wink

I was wondering what sort of times are you guys doing at Daytona 91 ? :hum:

I managed a 1'31 with high tape, should be close to 1'32 in race trim. I hate those damn bumps on the infield exit :grrr:

I really have no idea how track.ini works but I checked out the track.ini of the 2008 Daytona RC from OATAS and found these values:

track_tire_heat = 0.75
track_tire_wear = 1.20

Meanwhile, in 1991 Daytona RC of HSO these were the values:

track_tire_heat = 1.00
track_tire_wear = 1.0

I ran some laps at 1991 using the track.ini from 2008 and the right rear temp got up to 220 but still in the white. I wonder if this info is worth anything.

Just like Andre said changing the track_tire_heat to .75 should fix it. Also if possible I would like to see some cones put in at the apaxes in the bus stop just like we did for the newer version of the track. It so hard to see thru there that some visual aids would help.

Nice find Andre Smile

I agree with Damian about the cones, but I guess it's too late for Brendan to add this. I can do without it but I think i'll cut the chicane one or 2 times :D
