I don't know anything about those pedals, but I periodically opened and cleaned my old TM ones and I think they will probably be similar. The noise comes most probably from the spring and the dust around it. You will need to open it, extract the spring and clean everything. Then use lube oil for metals, as long as you can be sure you will not be greasing the pot (I don't know how it's mounted inside). If the noise comes from the pot, then there are specific cleaners but I think opening the pot is a PITA and not worth it when you can get a replacement.
Here is a guide for Momo pedals, which are similar: http://web.axelero.hu/mozso/momo_e5.html
If you happen to need cleaning the pot, there are lots of videos showing how (Specially for music and stereo devices), like this one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukA8Qy-M4fY
Good luck
P.D. I do not recommend those magic "sprays" as they solve it short term but then usually create a bigger problem by chemically reacting with the dust and grease, etc, and creating a much stiffer and annoying crutch of dirt on the joints.
