| Well 2 Good Races for me performance wise.
Race 1 I had an ok start, mixing around a bit then went wide and lost a few places, then carried on trying to learn as I went along and braked too much for the last corners and Carl hit me, sorry to him as I should have kept my foot in! joys of practise lol, finally computer crashed on lap 8 or something
Race 2:
Great start as I was next to JP going into the 1st corner and tried to avoid Honza (don't know whether I did or not) but fair play to you sir for keeping it going in a full bore fwd drift!, coming out of turn 1 I was 8th, this was good until Lap 3 when I ran wide going in and tried to keep my foot on the accelerator coming out but Laurent was edging ahead and small bump or something (maybe power down, maybe kerb I don't know) and I was round before I could counter it, tried to get out of the way onto the side but Peter was already there sorry mate......after that it was a battle to catch Alberto and was doing so and on the last lap I was only 4.5 seconds behind, not bad considering it was 15 at about lap 8!
Good fun in that race and well done to podium finishers, wish I didn't run wide and very sorry for any damage that occured due to me.

| Congrats to Greg for his win, and incredible how he throwed the heavy Rover around in the twisty section of the track (And that with weigth penalty! ) Race1: Good start but got boxed between other cars and could not make the most of it. Managed to overtake Carl and another BMW who were faster than me, because they made errors while battling between them Then I went wide and lost it , and finally on another turn suddenly my wheel went loose from the desktop LOL and I crashed and had to retire. Had happened during qualy and had tightened it, but it seems that my desktop/cockpit is weird and slippery. Will bolt it in as soon as possible Race2: Again good start (Hey I seem to have the hang on it) and raced alone for most of the time, overtaking those whose errors had made them go out of track I barely missed the big accident after turn one, Jesus I came out and saw a car in flames rolling around but somehow pushed the gas and went through. Terrifying Rest of race was a matter of controlling the advantage and not making errors, Jon was catching me but I knew he had not enough time and my tyres were cooked and fuel almost gone so I did it all slowly and steady | |

| Two 3rd place finishes, the first one was a good suprise, the second had a bitter taste Started 7th, jumped 2 cars at the start, then Peter pulled in the pitlane at the end of lap 1 and I got 4th place. Then I had a good battle with Andrej for 3rd place for 4 or 5 laps. I can't remember if I overtook him or if he made a mistake but I got 3rd place ^^ Carlo was 2nd and 4 seconds on front, we had the same pace so I never managed to catch him. Too bad I run short of fuel like him in the last lap, we both had to pit for a splash. Second race was very intense. I jumped Carlo at the start and then we had a 3 way battle for the win with him and Greg. Tough race, always one eye on the road, one eye in the mirror. There never was more than 1-1.5s between Greg and Carlo, with the poor me in between. Honnestly I never had a good shot a the lead and eventually lost 2nd place with 2 laps to go by going too wide in the 2nd sector allowing Carlo to sneak through. Great track, good flaw, super fun but missing one good passing zone, turn 1 is too fast, you cant do too much difference under braking here. | |

---- as Philippe and Bernard say, these two races will be among the best of the year
during the first leg, long climb and fights all the way, virile but correct, driving full tilt it was great with Phil, Carl, Honza ... I remember especially my double overtaking before the first hairpin, i was totally on fire and unstoppable at this time at the end, Phil cut his effort one lap too early and I get the 6th position effortlessly, thank you Phil for giving me what i was battling for
2nd leg was also excellent, with the same drivers from the start, fighting tighly wheel to wheel overtaking after overtaking, i was faster with the Volvo in the fast part of the track and i was often in position to try assault, that made me super-motivated ... and then happened Honza's accident in the last corner, he went too wide and get back spinning in the middle of the track, i could not do anything to avoid it, no luck, big impact and broken car, forced to retire, snif ... i had big expectations for the end of the race
thank you all for these great moments and these huge fights and thank you for your fair play, i have Carl in mind in particular, but overall it was super clean it is a real pleasure to push at maximum, knowing that everyone will try to keep clean and respectful half gentleman, half bird of prey is the best mix
and congratulations to Greg for this double win! thanks HSO !

| Very good and clean racing yesterday, 2 places totally unexpected after i tried the track before the start of the championship, managed to get a great lap in qualy despite the 100kg ballast, alongside Greg on the outside pole Race 1: I stayed with him for a few laps, but then he managed to open some gap, my med rear started to go off and i just had to control the hard charging Gui, with 2 to go i realized i couldn't make it to the end and i pitted for 2L of fuel, Gui did the same Race 2: Much more levelled, Greg had some ballast as well ,Gui passed me at the start, i stayed in 3rd for most of the race hoping to go quicker when their tyres worn out a bit ( i started race 2 with hard rears, meds all around for race 1) , i passed Gui when he went wide at the hairpin and i almost got Greg on the last lap, i needed another one to make a move See you next round at Charade! | |

| Fantastic races! RACE1: good start position, but combination of FWD with start to hill is not good Then somebody push my back and at this moment i dont know where as my left and right hand, but everything was ok. Many very nice and clean battles after this incident. At the and of race i must run carefuly because front tires was dead. Thanks for great fun guys. RACE2: same story as first start, hands entangled in knots .... But my car was damaged and i had problem at every left corner. This was the main problem at the last corner before the end of race, cause normally i think it could be ok if my car would without damage ... i am very sorry Jean-Francois i did what i could to avoid crash ... But i really enjoy this race, gratz to winners and thanks HSO. PS: i am not sure that the Escort is underdog | |

| Honza yours was an impressive drive, seeing in the videos the FWD Escort Turbo in your hands keeping up with the bigger cars and opening gap with many M3 like me, says a lot about your talent. Congrats BTW I myself had one of those RS Turbos back in 1991 (It was a series II) and my God do those things lack chassis and brakes LOL but the engine was beautiful and I still miss it | |
