Thank God for IKEA love the Mercedes C9 and the Tyrrell P34
I Used to have the same shelving unit but downsized and i have my
collection housed in a much smaller glass fronted cupboard as i just kept me
1/43 collection ......I have a C9 but its 1/4 of the size .....

The Only bigger cars i have on display now are the Ferrari F40
and the Decal less unfinished Lancia LC2 ....

And the Mitsubishi R390 is awesome i cant uderstand why people
collect the Toyota Land Cruiser my mate has the same model
and hes always raving on about it
and its his most expensive model nice 2 see a few minis in there as well ....

I also have a small collection of GroupC/Le Mans Prototypes (about 30 cars) but only 1/43, I dont really like other scales.

one bike is missing from the lot..what a shame not to have a #46

whose #46 is that the doc or Gibernau

The doctor's bike is the same as the Alex's one, I just prefer the West livery, too bad I didn't find the necessary decals back then.

Made the Blue Honda in memory of Daijiro Kato as he died riding it at Suzuka.

The Big Mini is not finished yet; still looking for a Union Jack flag to put on the roof. Not easy since the car is 1/12 scale

PS: About the Land Cruiser, I really hate the car itself, but the model is pretty good, with working suspension and all

I, for one, never collected die cast models. The reason is simple : for the price of one I can get like a volume of old Autosport or a couple of Autocourses . So when I'll have all the books and mags I want I'll start a models collection . But I always enjoy seeing others collection .

One in detail, more to come.
BTW these are not Die cast, are plastic kits that I build myself

Later on I'll show the GTA

Yes right not die-cast of course, I always mix them up... coz I'm such an ignorant in this subject

However, R8C was retired from racing after '99 Le Mans while the R8R (which you see in the pictures) kept on going until ALMS Silverstone 2000 round. So neither of them were present at Adelaide where R8 (Crocodile version) won the race. (2000)
