| Anyone else doing any random modding "passion-project" ? Tell us about it! I am. Some random skinning, cars that I find interesting for various mods. Here is Joachim Winkelhock's championship winning Porsche 944 Turbo Cup from 1986, for example: For GTR2 as of now, but this model has been converted to rFactor, and it would be a dream to convert it to Automobilista too, to give it a proper make over. One day. | |

| Call it random, call it passion, I call it "a little video project gone so far". As is known, I'm working on a huge upgrade to Varjanta's F1 1982 mod. Graphics only, so far. I'm no good with physics except for finding figures and bitching about the current values in-game Anyway, my latest car is the good old Brabham-Ford BT49D. Also I may have just gotten me into a little bit of trouble for promising aesthetic upgrades for the spinner.. I hope there's a way to determine in the upgrade which engine cover version is shown flipped open when the car has multiple versions.. Anyway, here's the BT49D in action: Now all I got to do is find the remaining cars and build them. That's going to be a handful, but I hope it's going to be worth it! Not to mention that my goal is to get this project up to such a standard that it may even be run at HSO and then convert it to AMS ! | |

Love the 70's. I'm a big horder of vintage clothes, records and memoribilia too, not just cars. Are your 1976 and 1978 cars getting any attention too?

No. Not at the moment there's far too many other things to work on.
