| Looking forward to seeing the 2018 Indycars, from what I read will look like the late 80's mid 90's cars, these today I see don't even look like an Indycar, those winglets and that awful bumper pod ugghh, should be better next year as they concentrate the aero under the car instead of on top. | |

| So, someone saw the FT5000 went, "Hey!, we run 5-litre V-8 Engines in the SuperCars. Let's get them onboard with us and we can then sell them our USED Race Engines and make some money. Plus we can Sanction it for him and make more money!" He said no and they formulated their own plan. This line from that story says it all - Quote :
"Chris has been offered the opportunity," Warburton said Also, I dunno that i'd be too keen to watch what amounted to a V8 Supercar with open wheels and wings squirm around a track as much as I would a purpose built Open Wheel car with big slicks and wings trying to put all it's power down properly. | |
