I don't have a problem with that, and I am the first one to critisize lots of things I hate from Spain and the spaniards in general. The difference is that I'm informed, so I know what I'm talking about instead of turning to clichees.

From a very rational man from the North: Andalusia is paradise on earth.
Every little city in the North of Spain, whether it be Donostia, Girona, Pamplona or Vittoria-Gasteiz or any of the others, should all be protected to never change an inch as there are not better places on earth to stroll around and enjoy live, except maybe... Malaga or Marbella. But those are also in Spain...
Spain rules.
Just my 5 cents.

Has anyone ever tried this:
http://www.eurotrucksimulator2.com/
It's pretty great and tons of addon mods available. Even just the demo is great.
But be warned: addictive.
Gotta run, need to get 18tons of tomatoes from Lyon to Bern.

I'm not into trucks, but I find quite interesting the concept or roaming around in an open environment Wonder how they manage to load such big scenarios full of detail into the memory. Does the game actually allow you to go freely around or does it only load the route you are tasked?
I always wanted such an open environment sim but coupled with sports car/ motorbike
Maybe they will do something like that, it would be a waste of work done to limit it to trucks.

Yep, we should do that in the silly season.
The program even seems to have a kind of CB build in.
And you can swerve freely. I got lost around Koln earlier today while delivering a pipeline from Zurich to Rotterdam...
I only got the demo right now. But I think the full version will be in fast... Spain is included in that one
And then you can download Kenworths and Peterbilts of all kinds ... "I think we got ourselves a convoy."

There was already some game (not sim) like that for car/motorbike, Test Drive Unlimited for instance. The whole O'Ahu island of Hawaii with almost all his road modelized. Not at all a sim but it was great fun to drive supercars around Honolulu
There is also The Crew, more recent but I didn't test it. The whole USA modelized (well, not in the right scale and with fictive road I think, but the spirit is there from what I saw).
I tested ETS 2 a few years ago and it's a great quality game There was not many mods at the time, so I'll need to check this one day

I've had a lot of fun with ETS2 recently, surprisingly enjoyable. TDU is also fairly enjoyable but it's difficult to set up 900deg steering lock and at times too arcadey even for an arcade. The Crew never looked too interesting to me.

I tested Project Cars yesterday. Graphicaly, it's very nice, there are some visual effects well done. However, the ffb feelings in the wheel are less successfull.

Just found this picture for Avus, I'm sure our encyclopedia Mr V knows all about it
Incredibly the driver, Richard Von Frankenberg has no serious injuries!
