| Great qual lap for me. One of my better results. Terrible race for me. Had to dodge off track early and hit the wall. Car did not feel bad when taking it easy but under hard braking it went where it wanted to. Retired after I plowed into Mick. Sorry Mick, I hope I did not end your race. Sorry to Marc Florkin also, I slid into him once under braking also. | |

| No problem Mike.............We'll call it quits on the Zolder incident....I was keen to let you pass again(re-chicane a few laps back), as I didn't want to be distracted by someone faster behind me so soon until I had got use to the damage from a previous knock from behind. I DID brake earlier than expected, and in hindsight maybe me moving over would have been a better idea.
ANd I am sorry to driver of stationary car on grid and those I spun into behind......Simple...I should have waited. | |

| Very harrowing race, not surprised I DNF'd. Mid race I finally got turn 1 wrong and the car went into a lazy slide on the grass. Tried to correct it, but ended up sideways on the inside of the track. Then, kaboom. Poor Steve had nowhere to go, and was likely figuring the stationary yellow flag was a false alarm like it had been the last 22 times. Oh well | |

| The engine's do overheat very easily on the grid i find, I only fired mine up with 15 seconds left and was still red and smoking slightly by the time the flag dropped. Feel's great to get a win, But i must confess, Frank deserved it, I was trying my hardest to keep pace with you but no joy, but my car was loosing so much time on the straights. It was a suprise to see your engine blown, I had expected you to have done your usual "Deposit" at saint mary's Unlucky though mate. Roll on Silverstone, Well done Alex for the win | |

| Made a great start was right behind the top 3 but I was losing out on the earlier laps due to some small mistakes. After a while I had a good scrap with steve for quite some laps, then suddenly the yellow flag situation Jason just described and BOOM!!! Steve went into the side of Jason, happily for me I escaped this because I was right behind steve. I was quite shocked seeing 2 collegues collide like that...hope you guys survided the crash because in the 60's it would be an instant kill! 2nd half of my race was much more consistent but 5th was al I could do in my underpowered Lotus, happy with that so bring on the next Grand Prix | |

| oh yeah 1 more thing: I had some powerloss in the early laps....never experienced that before so indeed must be engine overheating..it lowered my topspeed some 12 km/h. After some laps the power was back 100% and I could fight again.

| I am struggling to recover the feeling I had with this mod in December At least I finished the race and even if I was not fast enough to claim the victory, I'm happy with the 3rd place. It will not be better at Silverstone (Climax...) but I'm really looking forward to Monaco, Charade, Nurburgring... Congrats Alex, Austin and Richard | |

| Indeed, but even if the Brabham has 210 HP instead of 209 for the Cooper, it's 5 kgs heavier Anyway I was referring to the BRM/Ferrari/Honda power | |
