I am entering the 91.121.135.76:35000 and nothing comes up. I can see the normal Group C track but it is loading the next round track (not Fuji).

Is the :35000 right?

Yes it is. Maybe try looking for the server in the servers list.

For some reason when I type in the address it was not working. I went into my bookmarks file and manually created an entry for this one and it worked.

Is there going to be a LiveStream? Or just the rFactor Monitor thing?

What are the rules for qualifying? Can one driver set a lap in one car then back out and drive another?
If one driver backs out of the server, can a new one enter with the same car?
Can we do driver swaps during qualifying?

Also, are we required to use the HSO TeamSpeak server? Or can we use our own?

Yes but if you do, then please do it with a different player name, or I will not be able to know on what car you did your times. You can add the car number in your player name for example (for qualifying only).
