| Hi,
New to your site. I run at F1SR and with Simon Wattman at Legends League. I am too late for the 91 mod league and seen the post to join this event. If still available I would like to run with the #31 Rebaque-Cosworth HR1. If there is anything else I need to do please let me know.
Thanks, Mitch Simon

| Hi Mitch, welcome . First and foremost you need to edit your profile with your full name, nicknames are not allowed. Then the excellent Rebaque will be yours | |

| Why is the T4 being used instead of the T3? The car entered into the RoC(Villeneuve) was a T3. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1979_Race_of_Champions Although: The T4 was introduced at South Africa, and that race was before the RoC in April... Dunno why Not to mention not even half of the normal grid was there. And what about the A1B and the HR100? Why A1 Mk2 and HR1? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1979_Formula_One_season I KNOW I am asking picky questions, but I HAVE to ask | |

| I just copy/pasted the entry list we used the last time we did the event, the race itself being then part of one of our yearly series. So the evos schedule was based on the WC races, with the few n/c races in between sticking adapting to that rather than to real life, to lighten the all process. | |

| Ah okay So the Arrows and the Rebaque were labelled wrong back then already? xD | |

| God do I have to explain every last detail to you ? No they were not labelled "wrong". A1 Mk2 is the label used by the modders of the game - so we used that not to confuse drivers as there are two Arrows in the mod (A1 & A2) each with two upgrades IIRC. HR1 is a typo on my part. | |

| If drivers confuse them, then they are just no F1 fans or noobs I think you can hardly mix up the A1B with the A2, no(In terms of looks)? (I don't call it A1 as the car appearing at Argentina was an A1B already) http://www.f1technical.net/f1db/cars/388/arrows-a1 http://www.f1technical.net/f1db/cars/411/arrows-a1b Well yeah, I am nitpicking '79 and '97 are two of my favourite seasons, I am not sorry for you explaining the details (Infact, details are welcome) | |

Then stop? Everyone else here is interested in racing. The history is nice but when I am racing I highly doubt myself or anyone else'll care.

The history is nice but when I am racing But the moment you post on the forum you are not racing And I am surely not going on about history when I am racing myself! The question is: Where, if not here(HISTORIC Simracing Organisation), should history be a part of the racing? Okay okay, so it's just the modders not using the real type name then. Guys should be glad not to drive the A2

Can I please have David's car? I do not take part in the Supercup, so that week I have no need to train for sunday and would like to give a try to this. I liked the mod in the few races I did last year - Quote :

I think both Brabhams are taken? But if one is free I'd like it instead of the Ensign
