| What a mess ... loaded the wrong race setup and had to struggle with very nervous braking, and ALL race the friggin Pantera was heating up like an oven. As soon as I pushed a bit harder, it started to smoke and I had to shortshift and be muuuuuuch slower Raced well against Franck Mercurio, but a white Pantera rammed me at one of the chicanes, so I lost lots of time and couldn't stay with Franck after pitting. Some time later Diego Dario caught and overtook me, again I was powerless with a heating engine (BTW Diego GREAT pass on the hairpin, I saw already some laps before that you were braking there much better than me, so I knew you would get through there! ) In the end got distracted by the temperature warning light coming up at the end of a straight and missed my brake point, hitting the barrier. SHIT I'm really pissed off by the heating | |

| Thanks for the compliments Alberto , a shame what happened to you. It was a great race for me,though i didn't scored any points. in some cases the Ferrari engine screamed harder and it was difficult for the Porsches to catch up.in the other hand,i was very slow in the first chicane before the banking. all in all,i'm very happy that i was able to finish the race. it is my first finish this year at HSO. | |

Grats all, thx to HSO for this fun race, see you on the Glen | |

| Well, first of all, I'd like to say that I am not very please with Osni's behaviour First of all, during the warm up lap, you kept going in front of me for no reason, that is dangerous and useless Then in the race in the first lap, and I had been very clear about not doing it during the briefing, you pushed your way through several opponents including me and once again with no serious reason since you could have waited for the next straightaway and go past easily You absolutely need to be more patient in this series, or else I will have to give you time penalties next time, and I really don't like doing that Anyway, apart from that wee incident my race was great, I had a great start and was 4th after a few laps. I was trying to push as much as I could in the chicanes to counter the other cars' power. Unfortunately I spun in the second chicane on lap 13, so decided to pit for fuel now. It proved to be my only mistake in this race, so pretty glad with my consistency. Rejoined in 8th and had nice battle with Alberto, Franck and especially Steve which made it as tough as possible for me to get past With pit stops ahead, I was 4th again and hoping to catch a podium spot. I knew I wouldnt be able to catch Frank and Lorenzo who were the class of the field, but I was hoping for a late pit stop for Vincent. As I suspected, he didn't change tyres, and I could see Frank's gap to first place grow dramatically so I thought that all Panteras had their tyres cooked Unfortunately Vincent's car was OK, well good enough to keep his podium position for 8 seconds in the end I'm happy with my pace wih the Porsche, had to short shift sometimes to keep the engine from over-heating, and it was getting tricky in the end to get the power down, but it was great fun all along. Who'll beat Lorenzo in Zandvoort? | |

| Hello everyone, I almost lost this race. I joined the race server just 1 minute before the end of the qualifying session, so I had to start from the back of the field. Very cautious in the first laps, I gained some positions until 12th. Then I had a great battle with Philippe, always looking for an opportunity to pass him. After a lot of laps I finally was able to pass and later on I had a great battle with Dario as well. Unilke Philippe, I guess Dario was running with less fuel, because his Ferrari just went away in the straights. But I was always trying to put pressure on him and finally he went a little sideways on a chicane and I was able to pass. Steve, thanks for the set. I used mine, and just a few seconds before joining the race I decided to go with fuel for 28 laps and then pit for more fuel. God, I didn't knew it would take so much time to refuel about 35 lts. What a lazy pitcrew! I returned to the track on 15th position, but with a good pace was able to go up to 9th. Great battle with Alberto, just before his retirement. A few more points, great pace, just need a little more time to prepare for the races!

Oh no, no problem mate I was doomed anyway with my engine cooking I must say I also suspected a connection problem on your side, as I had looked in the mirror before going into the chicane and it was absolutely crazy to think that you were going to reach me, specially since you hit me in the middle of the chicane --> and despite the speed difference between you and me, there is no way you could be going through it so fast. The irony is that in that lap I was going into the pits, which were scarcely 300 metres away.

| Sorry I just realized that the Porsche that passed me on the hairpin was actually Ricardo Magno and not Diego Dario (who drives a Ferrari) so my compliments for the great maneuver go to Ricardo - Quote :

Hum yes, but I think exiting the pits and staying on the right lane is OK. I saw him exiting and hugging the right wall and knew there would be no problem as the racing line was respected for me. I got through well, and made my braking for the hairpin as usual with no problems. True it might seem narrow at those speeds, but as long as both competitors have a cool head and do what is expected, it is OK in my book and I have no complies
