Radar GPS warning is legal in France?

A different question now, but I'm sure someone here will know ...

This summer I will be driving from Spain to Germany of course through France. I have a GPS navigator with radar traps warning (No radar detector, just warns you when approaching an area where a fixed radar is installed) and I need to know if it is legal to use it in France or if I must shut it down. Can someone answer that?

dont worry Alberto it s légal when it signal you just fix radar and not mobil

a little advice does not forget to make an update to your GPS before you leave here because the radar in France grow up as fast as mushrooms in autumn, between 20 and 30 new radars per week
