Erm.... No I don't, for a first event I suggest we do something like the twin Le Mans races we did, one driver per car etc etc, We don't even know yet if the driver swaps work well, in Tcl they work well (Baring Bathurst :grrr: ) but in the HistoricX mod they are a nightmare, Quote the Atlanta 6 Hours. Plus there are other stuff to test before we attempt a major 1000km event. I imagine all will be fine and ready to go, But I would rather start small before jumping to the big stuff! :top:

I confess not haunted by one thought. If the sacrifice of historical accuracy regarding distances and reduce the race for example up to two hours, I believe this will allow us to examine mod in the format of the championship(WSC 1983).
You know I'm a supporter of historical accuracy, but the six-hour formats races are difficult to implement and unfortunately will limit the potential use of the mod. Neutral

Catch me if i am wrong ...

but i understand that in the case of setting up a car you can find sweet spots of suspension damper settings ... in these spots the car behaviour, like unpredicted slides, especially when the tires wear out can be reduced.

despite you are in a sane range, you will simply heavily improve the car. this is only possible after driving "hours" under the same conditions. since back they they didnt even know a lot about their cars (in a documentation the porsche 962 c designer said: we never knew why but the LSD was always faster than the adjustable differential , even today when we repeated the tests in 2012)... see that they never were naywhere near perfect.

to not lose that, he might just have locked the setup! and rFactor dioesnt simulate other inhomogenity of all different kinds of asphalt and rubber laydown

you can see this in chris harris on cars, if i remember correctly, jsut search in youtube

Supercup is 1986 onwards, so most cars are not there. The HSO mod is better for that Smile . For the interserie we also lack several cars :smil20:

I just tried the ADA 01 around Brands, I reckon a Thundersport race would be a hell of a lot of fun lol!

Looking through Racingsportscars, of the cars in the mod the Ford C100, Nimrod and Grid were used in 1983 with the ADA, Harrier 83C and Lola T610 used in 1984. Crazy fun with these cars Smile

I can see a Nimrod, a Lola, Porsche 934, BMW M1's, Grid S1's, so quite a few of them!

Tomorrow I will finally go home to my sim racing rig, I can't wait! Very Happy

Run rFactor in window mode and you will see that it is not loaded(You should see the window with the error). I got an error when loading 956. The problem was in the texture called P956SUEDE1.dds, but this happened after a test run in DX7.

How can I fix it, Vadim?

Run in DX8 or DX9?
