Damn I hate that first chicane. I also hate contact between other drivers, no matter how small it is. The bastard Renault falls apart if you sneeze on it, so try to make sure you can make a move without any kind of incident, before you try it.

Toujours la même tristesse ces départs ...on est là pour s'amuser plus d'1heure et on se fait couper en 2 au premier virage ...Steve n'y peut rien, mais ça fait chier !
L'année prochaine (si je fais la saison) je pars du fond a chaque course !

Tu sais qu'il est possible de programmer une touche pour le reset du RDF?

Pour ma part: plus d'infos chronomètrage après quelques tours, puis déconnection.

Départ pas trop mauvais. J'evite les quelques voitures en rade dans le premier tour, je me fait passer par ceux qui seront plus rapide que moi en course. Bref, tout va bien sauf que ma connection me lache directement après ça m'arrive rarement mais là , en plus, j'ai eu une semaine de merde au boulot donc la pillule est vraiment difficile à avaler
Je vais me faire quelques tours en renault en argentine histoire de me calmer et de préparer la prochaine saison

Cette piste, sans cette p..... de b..... de m..... de chicane serait l'une des plus belles au monde. Mais inutile de m'en prendre à la chicane, de toute façon j'étais inconstant comme jamais une vraie pince

Bravo au vainqueur et aux finisseurs, une petite dizaine quand j'ai abandonné à la mi-course.


Merci à HSO et spécialement à Gui qui s'occupe de ce championnat. C'est un championnat hors norme pour l'organisation et l'ambiance qui y règne.

J'ai tout essayé, j'ai attaqué comme un malade pour ca, j'ai mis du temps, mais j'ai finalement réussi : je me suis chicané au 50e tour

A satisfying 3rd to end the season

The first 15 laps were pretty intense, i was following the 3 leaders when they spun one by one and i took the lead
Then Greg caught me pretty rapidly, held him back for 5 laps but then he went through, Pierre followed through after going wide at the chicane
I ran alone for the rest of the race and once again in the closing stages i managed to do the same laptimes as the leaders, but indeed too late

Grats Greg for your first win in F179 and Pierre for 2nd

It was a great season on all aspects , thanks to HSO, to the admins and see you next year!!

I'm sorry mate, I really thought I had a big margin under braking from what I had seen in the previous lap and turns... And for once I had managed to catch a draft so I went for it. As usual, I was running insanely lotta wings and was desperately slow in the straights. This could have been a nice fight tho, sorry again.

I was not really in a racing mood and although this is one of my favourite tracks the chicane makes it a really boring race - impossible to get a consistent pace as those ill-placed shitty pieces of kerbs are such a lottery each lap. Did a prudent race, let faster guys past by but most of them crashed out ^^ . Nice laps with Tiago, Carl and Vincent tho.

belle bagarre pour la dernière,je pars 3 derrière greg et vincent et me retrouve très vite en tête après une faute de vincent et grégoire à la chicane,en freinant plus que d'habitude pour éviter ben qui essayait de se garer pour nous laisser passer grégoire me percute et m'envoie dans le grillage,je repars avec 7 s de retard sur carlo qui est passé et 5 sur greg ,leur bagarre me permet de revenir au bout de quelques tours mais greg est passé et on fait toute la course avec 3 à 1.5 s d'écart ,sauf faute de sa part je ne pouvais le passer,nos temps étant très proches . bravo greg et sans rancune pour m'avoir (involontairement)sorti.
merci à hso et guillaume en particulier pour ce super championnat,aux pilotes tous très corrects,et à tyrrell pour ses performances qui m'ont favorisé pour la conquête du titre

après mes cinq 2 eme place a la suite je finissais pas croire que je ne finirais jamais par l avoir cette victoire ( Franck et Dadou j avais dit que je vous ferez mentir ce soir j ai reussi ) et pourtant c etait assez mal parti , les 13 premiers tours ont eté les plus dur que je n ai jamais vécu en F1 79 , j ai cru que le sort s acharnait sur moi ....
je vais le hotshot , au 2eme tour a la chicane je perds l arriere au freinage , je prends le vibreur de gauche de plein fouet je décolle a 1 metre au dessus de la piste mais je reussi a me rattrapper sans heurter le mur de la Vincent me passe , 2 tours apres vincent se rate a la chicane , pour l eviter je fais un ecart et moi aussi sort un peu de la piste mais une fois de plus je m en sors sans aucun degats ( oooufff ) la c est pierre qui passe en tete . 3 tours apres pierre se méfiant de Ben un peu en perdition sur le cote freine 100 m avant le point de freinage habituel , je ne m y attendais pas du tout et je viens le percuté , il part dans l herbe et moi je spin . La c est Carlo qui prend la tete avec 3 secondes d avance , je reviens sur lui , une tres grosse bagarre s en suis de 4 tours entre lui et moi , et je finis par le passé par l interieur de la grande courbe a droite , a partir de la en tete jusqu au bout avec 2 petites erreurs ( 1 demi spin dans la derniere partie du circuit et une au 1er virage )

enfin ma 1ere victoire en f1 79 apres une demie saison parmi vous

It was a really nice race and a great end to 2010 ...

Had some nice fights with Jp ,Vincent who was unstoppable until his mistake
and Frank who i battled with most of the race ive never raced here before but
i love the track , but the chicane is a joke i practically stopped most times i drove through
it as i could see many people spinning here ... Although Consistancy seemed to pay off in the end ....

I Felt sorry for JP as i had a very small moment early in the race and i think he had to
swerve to miss me , and i had several scary moments where i had to swerve to miss
Tiago who was stationary on the Start Finish Line and Franck and Vincent who had also spun in the chicane .......

Really Nice feeling to have got the Ligier back in the points and i really had to work for the points as Frank was never very far away FORZA Ligier team ...Guy would have been pleased with the team performance tonight ....

Congrats to Greg a great and deserved win ....
And to Pierre and Carlo ...
