I Read a great book called Hunt vs Lauda
He was indeed bloody quick on the track and off the track if you know what i mean

But did not like the way he gave up with the Wolf so easily ...
Did'nt he retire Mid season scratch

Yep during practice for the Monaco GP... Lauda did the same at the end of the year too, failing to show up at the Glen for the US Grand Prix...

It was after the first free practice at Montréal for Lauda in fact. Wink
Zunino was called at the very last minute and raced with Lauda's helmet.
