Un bref rappel des règles :

- Pas de pseudos sur le serveur, on court sous son vrai nom.

- Pas de chat en qualifs, encore moins en course. On respecte les pilotes en piste, et on attend la fin de la session pour parler ou s'excuser si besoin.

- Grande prudence au départ, la course est longue, les voitures fragiles. Le replay du départ sera examiné après course, tout comportement trop dangereux sera sanctionné pour la prochaine course. La modération sera tout de même plus souple pour les nouveaux arrivants.

- Réglez votre voiture de façons à ce qu'elle ne fume ni en qualifications ni course. Des sanctions seront prises le cas échéant. Il est recommandé de mettre le radiateur au maximum pour la course, les voitures chauffent énormément sur la grille de départ, ne jouez pas de l'accélérateur à l'arrêt. N'oubliez pas qu'il y a un tour de formation.

Quick reminder of few rules for the race :

- No nicknames on server, everybody race with his real name

- No chat during qualifying session and race. Please respect others drivers on the track, and wait for the end of the session to chat.

- Please be very careful at the start, the race is long, cars very sensitive to contacts. The start's replay will be carefully reviewed and there will be sanctions against wreckless drivers.
Nevertheless, we will take in consideration that newcomers haven't necessarily an experience of such races.

- Set up your car so it doesn't smoke during qualifying and race or you'll incur a sanction. It is higly recommended to set the radiator size at the maximum for the race, cars heat up in huge proportions on the starting grid. Don't play with hrottle when your car is stopped. Dont forget there is a formation lap.

Aprés une 3ème place inespérée en qualifs, je perds la voiture en zig zaguant dans le tour de formation, suspension tordue, et au départ je me fait surprendre et touche Pierre au premier virage J'ai vu que personne n'avait eu d'accident à cause de mes pitreries donc ca va !! J'en fini aprés un tour et un gros t-a-q au bout de la ligne opposée ou j'aurais bien pu emporter Bernard Il était temps que j'arrete !

Bon, la victoire, on verra pour la prochaine

I Really enjoyed this race i even managed to hold Gui up for a few laps (god knows how)
which was great until i made a stupid mistake also had a nice battle with Kimmo
and then Gerard ....

Really happy to have taken a 4th place which to date is my highest F1 Finish ....
Many Thx to Pierre for a great setup .......

Will really miss this series next year as the mod is great and i Love all the shorter English tracks
this series makes a great stepping stone into the F179 Series ...
Which is what Aurora AFX was all about .....

Tout d'abord un grand bravo à Franck pour son titre
Une très belle saison, presque toutes les poles, peu de fautes, plein de belles bagarres fair play (Nogaro, Donington, Brands Hatch, Snetterton ...), tout ça pour ta première année complete en simracing, c'est fort
Je voulais ce titre presque plus que la F1 79 tellement c'était serré, et j'y croyais encore après Nogaro, mais l'abandon à Mallory a vraiment été fatal. Les courses suivantes, j'ai fait trop d'erreurs en voulant à tout prix gagner (pas trop le choix avec les 2 points bonus de la pole).

Tu recevra donc une jolie coupe de la part de HSO (merci aux membres pour leurs dons)
Le podium aura droit à des médailles

Ensuite concernant la course, je l'ai pas vu passer
Un départ très prudent car mon moteur fumait, et 3 pilotes passent. Après une brève bagarre avec Carl, je me lance à la poursuite des frérots. Ce fut une bataille à coup de dixiemes avec Pierre, j'ai mis 30 tours à remonter 5 secondes. Hélas il n'y a pas eu de corps à corps, Pierre se loupe alors que je venais de faire la jonction. Franck n'est pas loin devant, mais je fais 2 spins idiots et perds du temps. Dans les derniers tours j'attaque comme un fou mais Franck ne craque pas et remporte une nouvelle victoire

A la prochaine pour la finale du championnat à Silverstone


First I want to congratulate Franck for the title. A great season, almost all pole positions, few mistakes and lots of great scraps. I really wanted this title badly because the battle was so tight, but my DNF at Mallory really hurt my chances. After that I made too many mistakes wanting to win at all costs and that was it.

He will receive a nice cup from HSO for this title (thanks to members donations)
The podium will receive medals

About the race, it was just great
Careful start as my engine was smoking and i lost a couple of spots. After a short scrap with Carl, I started to catch the Labédans Bros, but it was hard, took me 30 laps to close a 6s gap with Pierre. Sadly Pierre lost his car when I caught him. Franck was not far ahead but I lost ground by spinning 2 times. I pushed as hard as i could in last laps but Franck did no mistakes and won another race

See you all at Silverstone for the championship finale

This race was like my my early races of the year. Wanting to much in the first 2 or 3 or three laps.

Sorry I missed this one. The power went out about an hour before the race and has only just come back on.
