Non-Vehicle Mod question

What sort of non-vehicle mods do you all use? For immersion i generally go with no HUD (unless I am practicing and working on set ups) but do any of you use Crew Chief or a similar race engineer type mod or anything else for rFactor 2 or AMS? Just curious what the historical community sees as valueable.
