The #42 March is free for this race as Dana did not announce her participation before the deadline.

The car will be made free in the entry list along with any others on Monday.

Seeing as I can't get to grips with the bloody Tyrrell, incosistent and impossible to set up and get to the speed it should be able to get to, and extremely un-fun to drive overall after all my misshaps and troubles with the car over the season, I'm deciding to relinquish it and hope that I could get a drive with the

CMG Racing Team

instead for this round, if possible?

I really like Sir Stewert but when I'm forcing myself to even sit down and do laps in the car, and I know that it will make very little difference (I noticed this at Zandvoort), it's time to give up on the endavour, something I've very, very rarely done in my sim-racing career... :smil20:

That's fine Jonatan.  :top: As with David, you forfeit your Tyrrell for the rest of the Season.

As a result, i will give up my Surtees for the season and take the Tyrrell for this race. Hopefully we can see this car fighting at the front  :conduit:

Okay so that's a weird problem and a very close and awkward problem, but has anyone ever experienced their cockpit texture quality going to shit when they join a server?
Basically, yesterday everything was fine, Player Detail on High, Config set up for maximum FPS (AKA AA setting as low as possible) etc. and I could read all the dials on my car perfectly.
Today, I join the server and it's all blurry as hell. Can't see anything, can barely make out the numbers on my rev counter, etc. - however, offline, everything is, again, fine.
Tried turning my graphic settings to 11, still the same problem.
I honestly don't know what's going on but it only occurs when playing in Multiplayer mode.
Any tips or hints on what happened?

Also is it just your car? Try adjusting the player detail to something else, load the server, see what happens and then revert back to your normal setting.

Have you changed anything since Zandvoort too?

I haven't changed anything since Zandvoort or Hockenheim either. Also, I got my Player Detail on Full, still the same problem. Also, it's every car on the server. However, my Opponent Detail setting is at High as well, which is why I'm so baffled by this issue.

Yep mine did that for Monaco and Zandvoort.
Only in multiplayer. Such a weird bug. It makes everything in the cockpit blurry. Drove both races like that.? :smil20: :smil20:

Another disco with the Ferrari, after checking connection type in the multiplayer file and pressing ping. Restarted game and didn't alt-tab out.

No issues with the March, now suddenly several discos with the Ferrari...

It's as if the car was bugged.

Disappointing, because once I am allowed to drive such a car, fate won't let me do well.

Good first lap, lost a lot of places to avoid Steve who'd spun and forced me into the wall. I completely ruined the car when trying to pass a recovering Janak. Balance was gone and I crashed it on lap 3 or 4.

I really don't understand how everything was fine with the March and now I had like 5 over the whole time I drove this car, including practice time before the event.

Is this track causing more liability? The car? I had changed nothing and suddenly disconnection gallore.

Funny how I was for the last 20 mins of Q back on the server and nothing happened.

And crashed. G f*cking G.
Car was driving like a dream in race trim, maybe a bit slow on the straight but wild as hell and wonderful in the twisty bits.

UNTIL IT DECIDED TO F*CK ME OVER ON THE ENTRANCE TO "DOUBLE DROITE"!!!!  Rage
Yeah. I was 5th. Coxon just overtook me and I was trying to fight back, yet drive carefully IN ORDER TO SEE THE FINISH!

Well if it keeps going like this, it's gonna be another year of wreckfests for me and I'm not in the slightest mood for that.  Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad Evil or Very Mad

Definitely seems more than a coincidence at this point?
No claims of same problem by Jari?
Not just from changing cars, as others did the same.
Nobody else drove this exact car at this track either?
Nobody else having problem on this track, except me...

Update, I lost internet due to a stolen credit card.
Nothing wrong with Server, track, car, etc.
Just forgot to update my info to web provider, 2 days late and they shut it down on lap 1!
Lucky me!

lost too many positions because of slow moving car in front (6 to 14) stuk behind group of slower racers, one was changing 5 times line on straight, then blocking everywhere, losing places because try to awoid ht them and then had slow exits from corners, today big cjance for podium , lost most time on good shaped tyres at firs half, at end they was hexagons and performance felt down
