| It was advice, I still had to set it up and drive it. And as it’s only 0.005, go and get them. | |

Thanks! BTW, that moment when average-speed-calculators screw you over. My video run was surely NOT at 191.49 mph. I did the maths myself at it ended up at 190.78 mph. The run I just had where my last lap was that brilliant 46.942, that one was at 191.15 mph! So much about me approaching the speed of ye olde A.J.

Bruno Miranda Yes Can you please change your profile name to Bruno Miranda? Did you lose the password of your old profile? If so, please try recovering it because otherwise it will mess up the statistics.

| I have got to be missing something! About 8 solid hours of meaningful practice and setup work and I'm still stuck at the same times I was after initially tweaking a few things. Cannot seem to find anything extra. Clearly evident that I'm not up to par with oval setups on these cars, it seems. If it was a second or so, I would write it off as the driver. Since I'm seconds off, it seems like setup....but I've built about 3 different sets now and it's all pretty much the same. I can go stable and safe and do laps within a tenth all day long or I can go loose and fast and do consistent laps (for the most part)...yet even then, the outcome is the same...stuck in the mid 48s. At this point, I'm lost and in need of help. I'm not sure what help, but I need something... Any particular advice on wings on this thing? Higher wings and the lack of top speed is killing me. I go low and the car pushes or oversteers (depending on wing configuration) Found quite a bit of top speed last night, however, it was useless as the times were still the same. I guess because I'm losing it while cornering. I'd like to think I know how to drive this track.....perhaps I'm wrong. | |

| Thank you for the offer, Jason!
However, today and tomorrow are a no go for me. Maybe I'll get lucky enough to catch you on Wednesday or Thursday as I'll be putting some time in again on those days.

| Guys, how does it work with qualifying schedule? The reason why i'm asking is that we have a family visit during the weekend and it would be great if i could qulaify during the first hour. But i guess the order is set according to car number...? | |

That's good enough as race pace. The hotlaps in the table are just that, hotlaps. In a 3 hours race what you want is a solid setup for regular laps from beginning to end of the stint.

Yes, and for race I'll be fine in terms of setup. Stable I can do, in this car. However, current focus is making sure the car makes the grid to be able to utilize such a strategy. As it stands currently, I'm not so sure it would make the cut (doubtful, really). With the always gracious help of those more in tune with oval setups, I'm confident I'll find it later this week though.
