Funny how neither of them actually took part: Emka only raced in '81 while BMW Italia raced in '82 but didn't do so at Brands Hatch.

Even though I was surprised myself(by the few people qualifying yesterday), I shouldn't be, as we're so close to christmas and the end of the year.

Wonder if I could've gone below 1:28 with more testing time.

Yeah, it's end of the year and this championship was well attended but in a format that requires more than one driver per car, so even if you have 20+ drivers racing you have few cars on the grid. If this had been a single driver race it would be a quite nice grid for end of the season. I'm sure in january we will see full CanAm grids Smile
