Did you downloaded steam app?
Downloaded the game?

if you bought the game, it should appear in your steam account under libraryes/games, with download option. then you can either start it from steam app, or like any other game..
(I sound like a pro even Im total new to steam, but the fact is I had similar situation, but then I realised I have two steam accounts, one from the long time ago, and new one, now)..

YOu could either try and validate the game files, or just try to reinstall. Most likely, something went wrong during the download..

Have you tried launching it directly from the game folder instead of through steam?

But it looks like a bad install.

Do you use an antivirus program. Some AV's in the past have given false positives with the AMS.exe. If you do might want to make a rule exempting ams.exe

The Group C mod Filippo posted is the same as the one we use, intact whoever converted it must have got it from here as we are the only people to put certain group 5 cars in the mod.

It isn't up to AMS standard yet I believe so it doesn't include tire pick up etc.

Yes true, I test few minutes yesterday night, ... also with some graphic error in menu and on track
