The Larry Cannon 70 is a decent car. It tends to wander a bit at the front under braking, but it can be competitive with the right settings and driver behind the wheel.

How about the Mongoose? I worked on this car in 1974 & 1975 at Milwaukee when Mel Cornett drove it. It was destroyed in an accident in turn 3 during the 1975 Rex Mays Classic when Mel spun and was hit by John Martin. I'll take it for Milwaukee and see if I can do better, if that's OK.

Hey Bob, just a quick FYI --- if you're asking for the Mongoose as a one-off for Milwaukee, you'll need to wait for the Milwaukee race thread and ask for it there (assuming it is still available when that thread is posted).

The thread should go up on June 5th. Wink
