Historic GT & TC mod

We will use the the 1.95 version of the Historic GT&TC mod by the HistoriX mod team.
Can be found here : 1974 IMSA Rules

Event Schedule

Sunday March 16th
4:15 pm CET – Qualifying 2:30 hours
6:45 pm – Warm-up - Drivers’ briefing
7:00 pm – Race start (4 hours)

Start Procedure :

Race Start Procedure

Race will feature a rolling start.
Once everybody is on the grid and green lights have been shown, drivers will start a formation lap at low speed. Do not overtake, stay packed, no more than 2 or 3 car lengths between each car.
After the last turn, cars will keep rolling at reduced speed in the starting grid formation, so remember your side of the grid.
When the leading car will be in sight of the start/finish line, an admin will give the real start of the race by typing "GREEN FLAG" in the chat.

Overtake before crossing the start/finish line is not allowed.
Zigzaging to warm up your tires is not allowed.

Before the green flag, drivers should maintain a staggered formation, and not stay along side each others.





Behaviour on track

A few behaviour rules :

- as for all HSO races, it is required you use your real name both in-game and on the forum. Thank you.

- Chatting is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in race session. It is allowed in qualifying sessions for technical issues only.

- Drive Through : If a driver has to do a drive through, even if there is no pit lane speed limit, he has to drive through the pitlane at 100km/h max (60mph). If he doesn't respect this, he will get a 30s penalty at the end of the race.

- Shortcuts : If a driver gains a position after shortcutting a turn, he is required to give it back as soon as possible. In the case where a driver would not do it rapidly, a 30-second penalty will be added to his total race time. In the event of abusive and intentional shortcutting, severe sanctions will be applied (up to definitive a ban from the league). To make sure you never shortcut a turn, try to always keep two wheels on the track.

Application and Interpretation of the Regulations

The admins alone are qualified to solve any problems raised by the application and the interpretation of the present regulations.

Nous utiliserons la version 1.95 du mod Historic GT&TC par HistoriX.
Le mod est dispo, ici : 1974 IMSA Rules

La course

Dimanche 16 mars
16h15 – Qualification 2h30
18h45 – Warm-up - Briefing des pilotes
19h00 – Départ course 1 (4 heures)

Mot de passe serveur de course : hso74

Procédure de départ :

Race Start Procédure
La course démarra par un départ lancé.
Une fois les voitures sur la grille, lorsque les feux vert s'allumeront, les pilotes s'élanceront pour une tour de formation à vitesse réduite. Restez groupés, pas plus de 2 ou 3 longueurs de voiture entre chaque voiture.
A la sortie du dernier virage, les pilotes se remettront en formation (mêmes positions que sur la grille de départ), et un admin donnera le départ en tapant les mots "GREEN FLAG" dans le chat.

Dépasser avant la ligne de départ est interdit.
Zigzaguer pour faire chauffer ses pneus est interdit.

Avant le départ les pilotes devront se décaler les uns par rapport aux autres comme sur cette image, et non pas se tenir côte à côte.





Comportement en piste

- Comme pour toutes les courses HSO, vous devez vous inscrire avec vos vrais nom et prénom, dans rfactor et sur le forum . Merci.
- Le chat sera STRICTEMENT INTERDIT en course. Il est autorisé en qualifications si un pilote a un problème d'ordre technique.
- Coupage : Si un pilote gagne une place en coupant un virage, il devra la rendre le plus tôt possible. Si ce n'est pas fait très vite, il sera ajouté une pénalité de 30 secondes à son temps final. Un coupage abusif, intentionnel sera sévèrement punis (bannissement de la ligue). Pour être sur, gardez toujours 2 roues sur la piste.
- Drive Through : Si vous écopez d'un drive through, traversez la pitlane à 100km/h. Les circuits HSO n'ont pour la plupart pas de limite de vitesse dans les stands, un drive through normal ne serait donc pas une pénalité. Un pilote ne respectant pas les 100km/h se verra infliger une pénalité de 40s à la fin de la course.

L'administrateur de l'open (Ben Paulet) ne revisionnera pas la course dans son intégralité pour distribuer des sanctions. En revanche, si vous pensez avoir été victime d'un comportement dangereux d'un autre pilote, merci de contacter l'administrateur par message privé (en mentionnant le tour de l'incident).

Application et interprétation du règlement

Seuls les administrateurs sont qualifiés pour résoudre un problème rencontré quant à l'application et l’interprétation du présent règlement.
