English speaking guys, why do the english commentators pronounce Ryan Dalziel's name "Deeyel" instead of "Dalziel" ? That always sounded weird for me, and I've been wondering that for months now every time they talk about Ryan Dalziel.

That's the normal pronounciation of his name.

But it's the LMP drivers responsibility to make a driver aware of his presence. It was also quite an idiotic place to make an overtake in the mulsanne

Well the #1 and #2 Audi are battling, and as far as I can tell no team orders.

Seriously ? And the Ferrari driver said he saw him but he couldn't evaluate the distance or something. He sounded like a complete amateur He could easily have gone on the outside there

He was already braking, it's a GT car, you can't turn like you want under braking. Davidson tried to overtake on a very dangerous place (that's what Davidson does all the time anyway) and Perazzini misjudged the distance between the two cars.

Again, he could have gone on the outside before. As if he didn't knew the difference of speed between the cars. Even the (former ?) GT and prototype drivers in the Eurosport booth said so.

The ferrari driver could have just lifted off gas for 0.3 secs which would make room for the proto - and it would cost everybody hardly any time. Hes amateur anyway so who cares if he does 3:58,2 or 3:58,4.

Just the same with Davidson, he could've lifted a bit to avoid this. Just because Perazzini is a GTE-Am driver doesn't mean his race is less worthy than Davidson's.
