1965 Brands Hatch 6 Hour Open Invite

At XGN we are throwing out a huge challenge to the Sim-Racing Community. I would like to invite all HSO racers who love endurance racing and Historic cars to join us for the 1965 Brands Hatch 6 Hour recreation on Sunday June 10. A full 6 Hour duration with 3 Classes, 9 Cars with Hotswaps and prizes. We have tried to make the race time as Overseas friendly as possible to allow anyone here who wants to take up the challenge the chance to race. We would love to test our skills against some guys from HSO and really hope you will join us for this one time Special Event.

No need to join the XGN forum. You should be able to read all the details by following the above link and just post your entry here. I really hope some Historic Simracing Organisation racers will join us. Any questions feel free to ask.

Very interesting, what's the time zone difference when compared to CET (GMT+1)?

If they're using Sidney's time, that would make the qualifying session starting at 7.00 AM here in France.

I was thinking of the Jag or a Mini.

The FFb issue happened at the 6 hours of Watkins Glen, when in my last stint, after Gui Hotswapping with me, my FFb went crazy and was pulliing all the way to left; I struggled and panicked, ending the race 200m ahead in a very stylish head on collision.

I still remeber Gui's voice after the crash: "Tiago.........Tiago.............". I was unable to speak at that moment :doh:

I've instaled the 1.9 version os Historx after days of trying it :doh:

So the cars really look more difficult to drive at first impression.
Now I've got to choose a car that suits me scratch
