Now seriously, I will train and practice hard, as I was reasonably competitive with Indycars some years ago, but if I find me to be a problem on the track due to lack of pace or control over the car, I will resign and let the car free

PD I will probably not be able to attend saturday's qualifying, so I will Q with whatever time I set on thursday (Anyway I guess I will be the last on the grid no matter what I do LOL)

@Carl: I also thought 1st of all to take a Penske, which are my favourites, but after some testing they are about 2 seconds slower than the Reynard with Firestones and 1.5 seconds slower than the Swifts of Newman and DellaPenna. Not tried the Lola yet, but I think Penske is the underdog here, sadly ... they have easier handling and lower fuel consumption though, so they might be a good car to go for 2 stops with low boost.

EDIT: And BTW the Swift is amazing when braking ... can throw the anchor 30 metres further than with the Reynard and still enter the corner well balanced If you need a car to outbrake the rivals, this might be a good choice
