Same for me. I didn't do this race but I watched it live and it was really great !
Grats guys, all of you. You made a better show than the F1 2010 pros. :top:

I will be there in Watkins Glen, for once that's a track I like. :D :conduit:

Ive just worked out why i have been so slow in the Ligier since my pc rebuild
especially on the tracks with slower corners ive forgot to enable a shifter upgrade on my car
always wondered why it did not feel right in the 2nd half of the season Wink

I Was almost ready to give up for good with the F179 after my last few awful performances Embarassed
Ive also repaired my wheel which kept working itself loose ,i did a couple of laps after the race last night
at Montreal what a huge difference hopefully just the confidence boost that i need ....

So Hopefully i wont be so boody slow at Watkins Glen :papy:

Well done Pierre congrats on the championship all the hours practice you've put in mate you
really deserve it
:drink: :champ:

Not to forget those who strated the season with 77 models...

I never realised Pierre clinched the championship! Well done, well deserved. :first: That'll be Kauhsen for you next season then... Twisted Evil

:frank:
Bravo au champion

what's that fucking upgrade ?

:top:

Bravo au champion 2010, Bravo Pierre :drink:

People buy the gated shifter upgrade eventhough some are using paddle shifters anyway. That way you save time and get better acceleration. Instead of shifting 1 - N - 2 - N - 3 - N - 4, it goes 1 - 2 - 3 - 4. Seamless drive. No need to lift off the throttle when you change gear either... I don't like that but what do you do...

Carl, I hope so... Twisted Evil

That Constructors championship is a total mess btw. Tyrrell 3 cars? How can any other make win that one? :D

Since so many are taking advantage of it, go ahead.

I'm keeping it honest though, I don't want that crap. Besides I've learned to shift pretty quickly with my stick so the advantage for me would be marginal. Though sometimes it would help a lot, not having to steer with one hand. Who said 79 cars should be easy?

Alfa Romeo won it last year and it was Ligier two years ago, so its more a matter of drivers than number of cars. :raclure:

Well gated shifter users have the advantage of being able to do 5-3-1 on braking for instance so it's only fair paddlers get an advantage on acceleration Razz !

:hihi:

Bravo a ceux qui auront su m'éviter :hello:

Yes of course, but the skill level on drivers driving Tyrrells this year might be a bit higher than previous years...

Not taking anything away from them, not at all. They have driven really well throughout the season. Even having the best car in the field doesn't necessary mean you're going to finish the race. A lot can happen in a race...

Oh I'm fine. The download speed fluctuates a little, occasionally it can be almost 100, sometimes a little less. But either way it is stupid fast so I can't tell the difference.

Want help running a server or something? Host files? You name it. Just need to fix another computer I have here, fried PSU and then it can at least host files, teamspeak and whatnot. Just offering to take a little load off your hands mate :Smile

Oh it would certainly be enough to run a server, but I cant see how we could use it ? Can it create a F1 1986 mod on its own ?
